Help Our Cause

Salems Farm was our first farmland. We joined Lansing Roots Program (LRP)  which is one of Michigan Food Bank Programs. We leased 1/3 of an acre and LPR coached us to develop our business plan and start planting our produce from the greenhouse to the land until the market. We were part of a group of farmers and we learned a great deal from everyone.

Little Arabia Farm is a Dream in the Making. We are planning to serve our community with our produce of organically grown vegetables and naturally fed livestock such as goats, sheep, chickens, and eggs. Our main objective is to be self-sufficient. Therefore, the food we produce is our food to consume personally and we are hoping to share it with you. We will have the market on site but we will be participating in farm markets too.

Little Arabia Park is about the geographical and historical location of the Arabian Peninsula. Our guests will enjoy visiting these locations and experiencing their historical stories. Also, we are planning to provide snapshots of history over time along the trail between these locations. Our goal is to provide an opportunity to experience the "Middle East" to enjoy our similarities and celebrate our differences.
